1. Stacked Up
Inside my daughter's cupboard.
2. Winter Wonderland
Where I live we rarely get snow, but woke up this morning to about 4 inches of the white stuff. The little clumps of snow on this lantern plant look so pretty and the blanket of snow makes a perfect backdrop. I am so enjoying Windows 7 on my new computer and the photo-editing tools they have included. Had lots of fun playing with this one.
3. Sweet
Found in my girl's treat drawer . . . snapped it and put it right back. Really, I did!
4. Hole
The hole in the ceiling that leads to the skylight.
5. Frozen
So nice of the weather to co-operate and let me get a frozen shot.
Prompts for the next hunt are:
1. Sunset
2. Black & White
3. A Day in My Life
4. Four
5. Colourful
Woof, ya got em all!

ReplyDeleteYour photos this week are especially beautiful...absolutely love the winter and frozen shots...
ReplyDeleteAh, Andrea Dawn. These are all so lovely because they tell me more about you and where you live. I am surprised you hardly ever get snow. I thought this would be a snap (no pun intended) for you. Don't you just love the LED's? So much beauty at so little cost!
ReplyDeleteI see you just went to my pics 5 minutes ago. I want to see what you thought. I wish I knew how to put a running list of where I go on my blog, not as technically saavy as you.
Love you,
Dawn
I went to see them Dawn, but they weren't up yet . . . you must have been in the middle of posting them. I will certainly leave a comment.
DeleteHugs, Andrea Dawn
Thank you for the comment regarding my macro shots on SHS. The frozen shot with the golf ball in the bird bath was a fluke. That is what happens when you have your white balance set for tungsten from a previous night of shooting and forget to reset it the next day. Good selection here for you too but that snow on the lantern plant is a winner. Having the snow as a backdrop as you said, makes it.
ReplyDeleteI like your bowls!! so fun!
ReplyDeleteI love your set... and my favorite shot of them all would be your Winter Wonderland one. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteIt was nice of the weather to give us some white stuff! I love your snowy little lanterns!!!

What a great set of pictures. They are all so good it's hard to pick my favorite however, I love the composition of your frozen picture.
ReplyDeleteWow, wonderful processing on winter wonderland! However hole is my favorite, something about it...
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, Andrea. Love the "frozen" string of lights. We have NO snow here and I would like just one nice one. It's easy to enjoy snow here since it never lasts too long, does it?
ReplyDeleteLove what you did on frozen
ReplyDeleteI love the contrast of the snow on the lantern plant...so pretty.
ReplyDeleteKathy
Your last shot is very nice, the way the snow balances on the light string!
ReplyDeleteI love the hole shot. That's pretty cool.
ReplyDeleteThis is a fun meme. Your post is very creative. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou're frozen shot it amazing! It could also double as a 'winter wonderland shot'. Definitely card worthy.
ReplyDeleteExcellent series! Love your winter wonderland and frozen - snow is forecasted for today so maybe I'll be able to get a cool (or frozen) image or two.
